Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Opened or visible products are not accepted for returns to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

The customer bears the shipping costs if the return reason is not related to a store error (such as a change of mind).

Exchange Policy

The product can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt if it is damaged or a different product was shipped than the one ordered.

In the event of a store error, the store bears the full shipping and return costs.

Customer service must be provided with a video or photos demonstrating the defect or error in the order to expedite the processing process.

Exceptions

Discounted or special offer products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an order error.

Once opened, herbs, spices, and coffee are non-returnable for food safety reasons.

Provide us with your order number and product images.

The order will be confirmed and the product will be delivered via the shipping company.

The product will be replaced or refunded within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
